The Promise

The time is near, it is very near. The times have arrived, and everything will be because of Him. Nothing is because of me. All honor, all glory, is in the name of Jesus. Even though He has chosen me, I am only here as I am, who I am, what I am, because He shaped me, transformed me, worked in me. There is nothing special in me that is not also in each one of us. I am here not because I am special, but because when Jesus extended His hand I said yes. When Jesus said, “follow me,” I said yes. When Jesus said, “let the Father’s will be done,” I said yes. My soul had said yes, and today I say yes again, and I seal the divine covenant. Everything will be for You, Jesus. The Father’s will will be my will.
