Fragments of an awakened soul

Feeling the love of God makes us realize that, even in the face of the infinity of the universe, the immensity of all things, and the countless souls throughout the universe, God has an infinite and special care and love for you.

The love that God has for you is not just any love; it is not an impersonal love—it is a personal love. God knows you, every detail of you and of your life: your mannerisms, your quirks, your beautiful thoughts and your horrible thoughts. He has seen you cry; He has seen you smile. And He loves you as you are, and He allows you to choose to live your life in your own way.

When you understand this love and see Him as a Father who has infinite love for you, when you understand this love and begin to see how it acts subtly in your life, transforming your days, you feel truly loved. And this love—this unshakable love, this incorruptible love, this eternal love, this unconditional love—only this love, the recognition of this love, will fill your heart once and for all.

There is no happiness like recognizing the love of Christ upon us—the love that the Divine has for His creation. Love makes us feel valued; love makes us feel cared for; love makes us feel appreciated; love makes us feel special. Recognizing and feeling the love of God is the only unshakable pillar capable of filling our hearts where there is lack of meaning, sadness, and emptiness, and of healing us from all pain.

Do not despair; there is nothing you cannot overcome. You are an eternal being endowed with free will—nothing and no one can change that. Everything you are living through, whether positive or negative, is only a moment that will pass. You have the power to choose how to perceive, how to react, how to feel about everything you are going through. This is your infinite power: the power of choice. You will overcome everything you are going through; have no doubt about that. You will learn that, regardless of circumstances, you can choose to be happy.

Lord, spare the lives of those who die for Your name. Transform this world, so that the love we have for You may soften the hearts of those who kill us and persecute us. Transform this world, so that the light of Christ may shine upon hardened hearts that do not believe in You. Transform this world, so that the pure truth and the infinite love of Christ may be recognized by everything and everyone.

Do not waste time, for you will continue to suffer the same sufferings, again and again, until you learn from them. Jesus is our teacher; in Him we find the relief we so deeply seek. In Him we will learn the right way to live that will lead us to true happiness. The time we lose committing the same mistakes is of no use to us, unless we learn something from it.

Do not be deceived: recognizing Christ as Lord and Savior may be honorable, but it can also be pride and vanity. Your salvation is not in a declaration, but in the true recognition and belief in that truth. It is enough to believe like a mustard seed, because what matters is not the size of the faith, but the truth of the faith. The one who says he believes, but whose faith does not move him to transform himself, is the proud and vain one, who deceives himself with the cheap comfort of judging himself saved.

When the time comes, they will be the ones who say on that day:
— Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name? And in Your name did we not cast out demons? And in Your name did we not do many mighty works?

They will hear from Jesus:
— I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice iniquity.

The inexplicable longing for that which my mind has no memories of. I long to plunge into an endless love. My heart is torn by an overwhelming feeling. An ethereal remembrance, an imagined memory, an inexplicable feeling of a moment I do not know having lived. My chest weeps with longing for transcendental love, for the recognition of the infinite affection of two souls, when matter no longer touches the heart.

Lord, on this day, I pause to thank You for all the blessings You have bestowed upon my life. The love I feel in Your presence transforms me day after day. I am infinitely grateful to Your angels for guiding me, advising me, welcoming me, and for always remaining by my side in the most difficult moments and also in the happiest ones. Everything I do will be to honor the name and the glory of Your Son Jesus, for all that He has done for me and for the entire world. All honor and glory to Christ, now and forever!

Father, show me the way; only You see what I do not see, only You know where each road will lead me, only You can guide me along paths and roads that I do not know. Do not allow me to lose my way. In Your light, may I find the direction and the path where I will live the law of Christ’s love.

Christ, may Your word reach the ears of all men on Earth, so that a new paradigm of love and compassion may echo within their hearts. One that shakes the foundations of what was, until then, considered normal, in order to reveal true love. The recognition of God’s eternal, infinite, unconditional love.
