The Desire to Know the Truth

Each belief, each thought, our focus, our state of mind, creates the reality we experience. What we believe, we perceive; what we perceive, we experience. Everything is possible. What do I truly want? What is it that will truly make me fulfilled? Do I want peace? Do I want love?

I want to be the master of my reality; I want to shape exactly the life I want to live. I want to transform my vision into reality—not only the external, the superficial, the material, but also to imagine the internal state I want to have: absolute peace, overwhelming gratitude, all-consuming love, and complete fulfillment.

I want these feelings not to depend on the external. I want to be strong enough that, even when the external superficially shows what many would judge as the opposite, I can continue to nurture the same peace, the same gratitude, the same love, and the same fulfillment. A feeling that is not in the world, but that is in God.

I want to know the nature of reality; I want to know the truth; I want to know the truth; I want to immerse myself in the truth. I want to understand what the Master of masters taught us and to experience His promise. I do not want only to understand how, but to experience it with my own spirit. I want to root these truths within me. I want to believe that everything is possible.
