Reality and the Inner World

The only truth we possess is the existence of our inner world. There are no guarantees that everything we are living is not just a dream, a projection. And often this perspective seems valid when we witness “glitches,” “errors in the matrix,” inexplicable synchronicities that show us there is no common subjective reality.

If, in the end, there is no objective subjectivity to reality, then what creates the world, what creates our experience of reality, is ourselves. Everything we believe, everything we think, everything we focus on creates what we perceive, how we experience it, and all of this becomes the lived reality we have.

In this sense, reality cannot be real, because it is completely subjective to the one who experiences it. You can believe that the world is controlled, that there is a catastrophe coming, that you need to protect yourself and prepare: this will create a reality, a world that only you see; it will control your focus and shape your perception, thus creating a unique and personalized reality based on your beliefs.

Or you can believe that, despite violence, the world is good, people desire love, and good triumphs over evil. In this way, your focus will not be on bad things, but on the constant expressions of love we see every day in each person, bringing a sense of peace and love within you, creating a completely different reality from the previous one. And we are speaking only of perception; we have not yet explored the creative aspect of consciousness.
