To be at peace in the present, not to desire to be in another place, with another person, in another situation, not to have worries.
The joy of gratitude: to feel gratitude for the moment, for the good things we perceive, to focus on the positive and cultivate the joy of it.
The joy of love: to look at another person as someone we love, someone for whom we have so much affection.
To have a clear focus on God, always cultivating an inner dialogue and relationship with Him. To feel loved, to feel heard, to feel understood, to feel joyful, to feel love.
