We perceive ourselves as separate, but we have always been the same being: deeply connected through experiences, stories, cultures, ways of thinking, and ways of reacting.
That is how you will find your peace, because you are already fulfilling your mission simply by being, by anchoring and sustaining one more focus of light, one more lit candle that allows other candles to be lit.
You do not have to change the world; you only have to be true to yourself, sincere with yourself, and caring toward yourself. Everything else will follow from that. Everything.
And everything begins with loving God. Love, think about, focus on, and create God within yourself; believe in Him, and He will make Himself present to you. Unconditional love allows everything, but that does not change the fact that only in God is there permanence of light.
